1. Services
QWave Labs provides AI infrastructure development, workflow automation, conversational agent deployment, and related engineering services as described in individual project scopes. All deliverables are scoped and agreed upon prior to engagement. We build systems you own. All custom code, configurations, and infrastructure deployed during an engagement become your property upon final payment.
2. Engagement Process
Every engagement begins with a discovery call followed by a written scope document outlining deliverables, timeline, and investment. Work begins only after mutual agreement on scope. Changes to scope are handled through written change orders with adjusted timelines and pricing as needed.
3. Intellectual Property
All custom-built systems, code, and infrastructure created specifically for your engagement are transferred to you upon project completion and final payment. QWave Labs retains the right to use general methodologies, frameworks, and non-proprietary techniques developed during the engagement. Open-source components (such as OpenClaw) remain under their respective licenses.
4. Confidentiality
We treat all client data, business processes, and proprietary information as strictly confidential. We will not share, sell, or disclose your information to any third party without your explicit written consent. This obligation survives the termination of any engagement.
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms are outlined in each project scope document. Typical engagements require a deposit to begin work with the balance due upon delivery. All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced, except as specified in the project scope.
6. Warranties and Liability
We stand behind our work. All deliverables include a 30-day warranty period during which we will fix any bugs or issues at no additional cost. Beyond the warranty period, support is available through optional retainer agreements. QWave Labs liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific engagement in question.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement with 14 days written notice. In the event of termination, you will receive all completed work up to the termination date. Fees for completed work are non-refundable.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to this page. Continued engagement with QWave Labs constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
